The Wiggles' Greg Page Suffers Heart Attack Onstage
He went into cardiac arrest while performing a bushfire benefit show in Sydney
Published Jan 17, 2020Greg Page of beloved Australian children's group the Wiggles nearly died onstage after going into cardiac arrest while performing a reunion concert today.
The concert was a bushfire benefit show in Sydney, and Page — who played the yellow Wiggle — suffered a heart attack about an hour and a half into the show. This had marked the first Wiggles concert since 2016.
Following the main portion of the show, Page collapsed as he exited the stage. As a result, the encore was cancelled as Page was rushed to hospital.

The Wiggles confirmed the news via their social media, tweeting the following:
Page had retired from the Wiggles following his diagnosis with orthostatic intolerance, a disorder of the autonomic nervous system. Thursday (January 16) marked his 48th birthday.
As has been reported, our friend Greg Page suffered a cardiac arrest at the end of the bushfire relief performance and was taken to hospital. He has had a procedure and is now recovering in hospital. We appreciate your kind messages and concern.— The Wiggles (@TheWiggles) January 17, 2020
