During her "Enigma" performance, Gaga invited a fan up to the stage, and as he approached, the singer went leaping into his arms. He caught her, but then lost his footing and the pair of them dropped right off the edge of the stage.
A number of fans standing nearby captured the debacle on camera.
"Everything's okay," Gaga said. "The only thing that's not okay is we need some stairs for the damn stage so I can get back up."
Once back onstage, Gaga consoled the fan, reassuring him that she knew it was not an intentional fall.
"Don't worry, everything's fine. It's not your fault," she said. "Could you promise me something? Could you forgive yourself right now for what just happened?"
Gaga then went on to perform "Million Reasons" with the fan by her side on her piano bench.

Gaga crashed down first with the fan falling on top of her. She got right back up and continued the show. We hope both her and the fan are okay.
